Return & Refund Policy (Consumers Only)

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to private consumers. Purchases made by businesses or professionals (B2B) are excluded from this policy.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Services (Non-refundable)

Please note that services provided as part of your order are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • setup or installation services

  • customization or personalization services

  • design, configuration, or processing fees

  • any other service that has been fully or partially performed

When a return is approved, only the returned physical products are eligible for a refund. Any associated services will be charged and deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately if applicable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

This right applies only to physical products.

Services that have already been performed during this period are excluded from the right of withdrawal and will be charged accordingly.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund for the returned products only will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Combination Discounts

If your order included a combination discount, bundle discount, or promotional offer that was dependent on purchasing multiple products, this discount will no longer apply if one or more items from the order are returned.

In such cases, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the original price of the retained products, excluding the combination or bundle discount. Any price difference resulting from the expired discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

This applies regardless of whether the return concerns one or multiple items from a discounted combination.
